- You must be 19 years or older to rent from Ace and Jewels
- We commit to you:
- Delivering your order on time and correctly. Due to to COVID please accept that some delivery interruptions may be beyond our control.
- For purchases (non-rentals), please allow up to 3-5 weeks for delivery, as these items are being shipped brand new.
- Your pieces will be delivered clean and pressed
- We will ship our product to you with a pre-paid label for your ease of return
- You commit to us:
- Full responsibility of the items when they’re in your possession
- If you return a product to us that is damaged beyond repair, you are responsible for the full retail value of the price
- You are to return the items to us in a timely manner or you will be subjected to late fees.
